SBDC Day in Commerce City: Get Ready for Funding!

Looking for funding to start, strengthen, or grow your business but not sure where to begin? The City of Commerce City, in collaboration with the Colorado SBDC, serving North Metro Denver, is hosting SBDC Day in Commerce City: Get Ready for Funding!

On Thursday, Nov. 19, from noon to 1:30 p.m., this practical 90-minute workshop will help small business owners and entrepreneurs better understand their financing options and prepare to pursue capital. Hear directly from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Huntington Bank, and Colorado Enterprise Fund, along with SBDC Accounting Advisor Leslie John.

  • Identifying your business’s funding needs
  • Debt, equity, term loans, and lines of credit
  • What lenders and the SBA consider when reviewing financing requests
  • SBA-backed loans and other financing programs
  • Funding resources available to Colorado small businesses

Commerce City and neighboring small business owners and entrepreneurs are welcome to attend. This event is free and will be hosted at the Commerce City Small Business Resource Center, 7270 Monaco St.
