Big news at Ascent Commerce Center! HubStarr Logistics, an Arizona-based third-party logistics provider, has opened its first Colorado operation: a 40,000-square-foot distribution facility in Building I, just minutes from Denver International Airport! The facility will support warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution for industries ranging from consumer goods to aerospace and technology. Meanwhile, Building II at the same park is now fully occupied, with Advance Stores, Inc. (a subsidiary of Advance Auto Parts) signing a seven-year lease for 178,027 square feet.
