Commerce City businesses and property owners can now take proactive steps to address trespassing on their property. By completing aTrespass Enforcement Request Form(PDF, 118KB), you can authorize the Commerce City Police Department (CCPD) to enforce municipal trespassing violations on your behalf, even when you are not present. This authorization allows officers to take action against habitual trespassers, including incidents that occur after business hours. Please note that property or business owners must be willing to testify in court if a violation results in charges based on this request. For more information, contact Sgt.
